
Jaz Gillon has almost 30 years experience in training focusing on end user products such as Microsoft Office and internal bespoke systems. After leaving University, he worked for a small independent I.T. training company, Ditec Training, travelling the U.K. providing training solutions to large and small clients. He moved to different I.T. training company in 1996, WWP Training, as a senior training consultant which led to winning a successful contract with McKinsey & Company, the U.S. Management Consultant firm.
After spending two years at McKinsey & Company, he started at Lehman Brothers as the European Head of Investment Banking training and after 9 years at the bank, and with the acquisition of the North American business by Barclays Capital (now Barclays Investment Bank), he spent 12 months training the European arm of Investment Banking on business tools and internal productivity business applications.
Jaz moved to Thomson Reuters in October 2009 as Global Banking and Research Training Manager holding a variety of roles. In 2018, the Financial & Risk business of Thomson Reuters separated to form Refinitiv where he held the role of Learning Business Partner. Since Refinitiv was acquired by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Feb 2021 he has held the position of Head of Onboarding for the Sales and Account Management organisation.
